Turbulence Training Workout Program Review



When Craig Ballantyne, a consultant to Men’s Fitness Magazine, came out with a workout program, we could not help but take notice.  Ballantyne is well respected in fitness and his Turbulence Training workout program really took off.  We wanted to see if the program was worth the attention, so we did some research.

Turbulence Training is unlike other programs because it focuses on shorter workouts while offering strong results.  The idea is people can work out in a more powerful way, which will in turn burn fat and build muscle much more efficiently.  Because of the power of the workouts, they can spend less time devoted to working out.  Users only have to devote three days a week to exercise.

It was designed with power sports in mind.  The workouts offer the same benefits as power sports.  By using the idea of power sports in the workout, users are able to have the benefits of sports, as well as the entertainment. Unlike some programs that cause users to work so hard that it is not safe, this does not overwork users.

We found lots of people who had taken part in the program.  We were also able to find a wide variety of people who had successfully used the program.  There was a high success rate out of the people who followed the plan as recommended.

Out of those we looked at, the plan had the biggest success in eliminating excess stomach fat.  Also, the program is made for men and women to use and both can benefit.  Users are able to regulate the amount of muscle they put on with the plan.
