Dear friend if you are having a problem with weight loss and not benefiting from the good health you deserve fed up with diets that just don’t work then read this article before you part with anymore of your hard earned cash.I will hold my judgement until we attempt to get to the cause rather than the cure of the obesity in the world today.

My feelings are after a long days work and the travelling time to get home. cooking a meal is problably would take a back seat. Â

From my experience speaking as a unattached person in my opinion it makes very little difference. In most circumstances cooking for two is just as easy as one most times.
The reasons are endless why folks are experiencing overweight and poor health problems.
My fathers practice was to masticate his food until it formed a liquid in is mouth if that was not possible then he would not swallow it. If you put pressure on the digestive system it will have an effect on the immune system was my fathers explaination.
His thoughts were when you use this method it would reduce the size of your stomach and would not need as much food.

I would like to point out he lived to a ripe old age of eighty six and never suffered any real illness in his life.
In this day and age we live in I know that it is not an easy task to lose weight and stay healthy and fit and eat all the right foods it takes a lot of effort. With the help of modern technology thankfully there is a lot of information available and sticking to my fathers system is not the only way
