The Reasons Why I Use Distilled Water
I do this because I need to get down many pills daily
There are many choices of water, but which water is best for my needs? Over time, I have chosen to use distilled bottled water. These are my reasons.
I have to swallow numerous pills every day. When I say a lot, I mean 42-45 pills a day. Obviously, that is a large number. I must get down all these pills a few at a time without getting sick.
For example, I developed osteoporosis and have been required to take calcium osteoporosis supplements daily
Because of the drugs I that needed to have, side-effects have occurred. I have to take more pills to counter these ailments. For example, I have gotten osteoporosis and have had to take calcium pills each day.The cause was sustained use of Prednisone, because of pretty severe Crohns disease. As a result, I am required to swallow two additional calcium osteoporosis pills to counter this bone calcium problem. This is one reason why I have to take a great number of drugs daily. While doing this, I cannot help but notice chemical smell of the water we get in our house.
I do not understand it, but my county gets water with a very high content of chlorine. I can taste it easily. Quality reports come with the water bill that indicate my town’s water has chemicals added for many reasons. These chemicals worry me.
I expect that there are chemicals in our water, because the water comes from natural places. However, the additives are a problem for me. The water district services a large population, and they want to make certain that the water is safe to drink. Check out the information that get delivered in the water bill envelope, since they can be very informative. I almost don’t want to know, but I’m actually glad I read them.
With distilled bottled water, I can get down all my drugs, supplements and vitamins
Several years ago my uncle came to visit me and we talked about water purity. He is on the road quite a bit, and he said that he travels with distilled and purified water. Why, I asked? He said that it is the water knows he won’t get sick on. In addition, you can get distilled, purified water in any market.
That was interesting. In the past, I had just used distilled water for baby wipes that had dried out. Since his visit, my Crohns has gotten somewhat worse. Due to my health, I now have to swallow quite a few more pills. To deal with the nutritional side effects of Crohn’s Disease, I also must take supplements and vitamins, including multivitamins and extra vitamin C along with a pyruvate 1000 calcium supplement following my doctor’s orders.
Crohns Disease causes me to be very affected by odors that make me throw up. So, I’ve decided to use only distilled water, because I must always get down all my drugs and supplements each day.
