New Weight Loss Tips
Last night I was watching Opera (My wife was watching but what came on I had to listen too) and doctor OZ was on there and I heard some amazing tips. The first one was about fiber, he said “the recommended daily intake of fiber for males should me 35 grams of fiber and for woman 25 grams of fiber”.
He went on to say that not only will it keep you regular but it will speed up you bowls and give your body less time to soak up all the fat out of your food. He said that as we all know you stomach secretes bile to help digest food and it is absorbed by the intestinal wall and is one of the leading causes of high cholesterol!! So by eating more fiber it speeds up the bowls and gives the intestine less of a chance of absorbing all the bile therefore lowering our cholesterol! That’s why the older you get the more doctors tell you to increase the amount of fiber in your diet! Before you try this one there is one tip that you might need to know don’t suddenly increase your fiber that fast especially if you do not normally take fiber. It will leave you bloated and really gassy so start slow and steadily increase your fiber to the daily recommended amount. During the next two weeks I am going to find out if this is true by putting this diet to the teat. Ok, so far it has been two weeks since I started the fiber diet. I only had one bad day that I kinda cheated but I lost 5 pounds in two week. It is not exactly a rapid weight loss solution but I am going to for sure include it in my regular diet I am sure it will help with my weight loss diet.
The next thing that he suggested was to increase the amount of calcium that we ingest. Doctor Oz said that the normal daily recommenced intake is 1200 milligrams. He said that the calcium bonds will fat inside every ones body and Carry’s it on throught you digestive track. After a couple days you will notice that your poop will begin to float that’s the fat your body is getting rid of because oily fat floats in water! I have already done this one and it is true every word of it. It will remove over 6 pounds of fat in your body a year it does not sound like much but I do not know about you but I don not want to gain even 1 more pound today. This is not really a way to lose weight fats but it will keep your body clean and keep you from gaining more unwanted weight. Now much like the fiber diet there is something you need to know first. As you intake 1200 milligrams of calcium it will start to constipate you so will that 1200 milligrams of calcium take 800 milligrams of magnesium this will keep you regular.
