I have quit smoking just five years ago and I must say it is quite a present inspiration to some of my friends. Now, they are asking me a lot of things about how to quit smoking, what I’ve done that I’ve quit it abruptly and what are things that helped me quit smoking. They know that it’s not that very easy to quit this nasty habit. It will take a lot of determination and inspiration. Well, they have their own inspiration now- me.
