<p> <strong>Vitamin A, B foods</strong>: green veggies, yellow veggies (carrots, yellow bell pepper, beans).</p>
<p> <strong>Protein with DHA / ALA</strong> : salmon, tuna, sardine, eel, trout, mackerel, anchovy, butterfish<br /> ,<br /> <strong>Vitamin E foods</strong>: whole grains (wheat, rice, oats, quinoa), sprouts, spinach, dandelion greens, carrot tops, mint, nuts &amp; seeds (filberts, almonds, sunflower), best source is wheat germ and oil.</p>
