Marjoram is another favorite home remedy for snoring; this is sold in jars and you simply open the lid and keep it next to your bed at night. The aroma fills the bedroom and keeps your sinuses clear.

You can also use a vaporizer as a home remedy for snoring if you add a bit of menthol or eucalyptus oil to it. The smell will then be dispersed gradually throughout the night helping you to breathe more easily. Another good snoring remedy is a humidifier or vaporizer. This is becasue your sinuses and throat can dry up if the air around you is too dry. So try these remedies and remember that often using more than one at the same time will give you the most relief.
